My Little Puppy Dog

I guess the next thing that comes after eating dog bones is of course playing in a dog kennel. Here's Brock in my aunt's dog's kennel. He even found a bone that Riggs had missed and ate it right up! I really think he's part dog.

Memorial Day Weekend

Surprise, surprise!!! We are at another holiday, and have a sick little boy!!! I should have known that he would have to go and get sick this weekend when we are here in Indiana at my aunt's house. Brock was just a wheezing and having the worst time breathing last night. Then this morning he woke up with a fever. We took him into an urgent care facility and what do you know, the Dr. can't hear anything wrong with his breathing. Just my luck! BUT-she did find an ear infection in one ear so we did get some meds for the boy. But it's so typical that he would get sick considering it is a holiday. Just like clock-work. We got here Sat. afternoon and hopped right into the pool, which Joe had heated up for us! Brock enjoyed the swimming and Jillian got her first swim in, too. They were both so stinkin' cute in their little swimming attire. We've had a great time, but man, I'm about exhausted after today's festivities.

Hold on a Second...

I thought if you lowered the crib, they weren't supposed to be able to get out...

Weekend in Harrisburg

This weekend we went down to Harrisburg, Illinois, to visit TJ's grandma and great grandpa. We had a great time visiting and here are some cute shots of the kiddos.

Mother's Day

I must say that this Mother's Day definitely tops last year! Last year TJ spent the whole stinkin' day in bed sick, so even though the weather outside is extremely cruddy today, I couldn't ask for a better day with my two sweet peas and hubby! TJ really made up for last year because this year I got out of the shower to find a pair of diamond earrings waiting for me by little Miss Jillian. So sweet! I love them!!!!! I have the best little family ever.

My Jilly Bean

Sailor Girl

Here's Little Miss all ready for church this morning. We even had to whip out the red patent leather shoes!

Are You Sure You Aren't From Arkansas???

Brock busted out the camo and car harts a few weeks ago. He's definitely looking red-neck with the outfit and then the mullet to top it all off!

Playin' Outside

Brock LOVES playing outside! He's getting to be as bad as Buddy is when he can tell we're getting ready to leave. I'll get my keys and he's at the door ready and waiting. It was pretty nice out yesterday so we went for a walk in the double stroller, or as TJ calls it, the limo. That thing was a BEAR to push, let me tell ya. Then I took him out and let him play on the little play set that Moi and Papaw brought over. He loved it! His legs are a little too long for the swing, but he just loved playing with the steering wheel. He's going to be just like his daddy, an outdoorsy type.

Chillin' Out in the BeBe Pod

We tried out the BeBe Pod tonight to see if Miss Jillian could sit in it, and sure enough she could! She was a little slumped over towards the end, but she was too intrigued with her paci to realize she was sitting up by herself. Since we've gotten the seat out, Brock now likes to play with it. He gets stuck in it and finds it quite funny having to roll on the ground to get out. He was giving her kisses on the head while she was in the seat, but my darn camera was taking too long focusing since it was dark that you can't tell. So, all I got were the little love pats that he gave her afterwards! He's so sweet. He's going to be a great big brother. He is always cracking me up. Tonight I had her in her swing while making her a bottle, so she of course was crying her little eyes out. Well, Brock now thinks that he needs a paci, too, so he likes to play with his old ones. He tried giving her one of his old pacifiers tonight when she was crying, it was so sweet, and yet a little scary that he was going to just shove it up her nose or in her eye, but he didn't. I think he is starting to love her as much as we do!

And here is what Mr. Brockers has become famous for doing... Right when you are in the middle of a good program on tv, he comes along and turns the power on the cable off. He is a button pusher! He's got them all figured out. It's REALLY annoying!

Little Miss Giggles

Ash, do you believe it now??????

A Little Dog Food Never Hurt Anyone

Well, let's just say if I ever run out of food that Brock likes to eat I can always give him some of Buddy's food. Every time we're in the computer room, Brock heads straight for the dog food. He likes to eat it by the handfuls! We've discovered dog bones now, too, which tonight he ate two. He would have eaten three if I hadn't taken it away from him! I used to get in his little mouth and dig the bits and pieces out of his jaws, but his teeth are a little too sharp these days. It surely won't hurt him...will it?

What Goes In Can't Get Out!

As I was trying to put some of Brock's warmer weather clothes away in a tub for storage, Little Brockers mastered climbing IN his crib! I tell ya....this kid is a piece of work! He was playing around on the top of that trunk and I was just hoping he wouldn't think to put his leg over the crib and hop in since he wouldn't be able to get out, but oh no. He did. Thankfully his little legs are too short to reach over the top of the crib to get back out, but it's not for lack of trying. I'm NERVOUS that one day very soon he'll be getting in and out by himself! Any advice on what to do then? Do they sell crib toppers? Seriously.

Pretty Girl..and Boy

I thought I'd try and get a few cute photos of Miss Jilly Bean today since she had on her cute little Baby Gap outfit and probably won't get to wear it much more since it is FINALLY starting to be short sleeve/shorts weather!!! Brock really wanted in on the action and I got ONE cute shot of him and then he just turned way too cool for his mama and her camera. He just wouldn't even look at me, no matter how many times I said Cheese! Nope, nothing. He is fascinated with Jillian's bows. So, we just tried one on today! I'm getting some pretty good blackmail photos for when he's older!
Jillian has become fascinated with her little hands. I think she's praying here that I stop taking her picture and that Brock will leave her alone today.

I LOVE his eyes in this picture. I wish I knew what he was thinking!

More Fun with Pictures

I'm having lots of fun experimenting with this new website! Enjoy!
